Request a ProposalA longevity room designed for the home
A private longevity suite has to work as part of a home: quiet, discreet, easy to use and finished to the standard of the rest of the property. We plan the room around how you will use it, then specify the equipment, the power, the ventilation and the access routes needed to install it cleanly.
A typical home package
Hyperbaric chamber
A single-occupancy chamber for the suite, or a twin where two people use it together.
Cryotherapy
A cryotherapy system sized for private use.
Red light bed
A full-body red and near-infrared light bed.
PEMF
A PEMF mat or bed for the suite.
Infrared sauna
An infrared or hybrid sauna matched to the room.
Cold plunge
A chilled plunge at 4 to 10°C, indoors or on a terrace.
Packages can be smaller. Many suites begin with two or three systems and are planned so the others can be added later.
What we check at the start
- Space and layout: a basement, ground-floor room or dedicated wing, plus clearances around each machine
- Power: a load schedule for the full suite so your electrician and the villa's supply can be checked early
- Ventilation and heat: cooling and air movement for rooms that run several machines
- Water and drainage: for the cold plunge and any shower or wet area
- Access: doorways, stairs and lifts for bringing in large equipment
Villas, penthouses and branded residences
We work with villa owners, interior designers and construction teams in communities across Dubai, including Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills Estate, Al Barari, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Bay Island and Tilal Al Ghaf. For apartments and branded residences, we plan around floor loading, building services and delivery routes. Prefer a wider wellness build? See our saunas and steam rooms and cold plunges.

Questions
Frequently asked
Can a longevity suite be added to an existing villa?
Usually, yes. We review the drawings or visit the site and check space, power, ventilation, drainage and access before quoting.
How much power does a full suite need?
It depends on the equipment selected. We issue a load schedule so your electrician and the villa's supply can be checked early.
Do I need a licence for a private home suite?
Licensing questions mainly concern commercial operators. For a private residence the key points are safe installation, power and ventilation, which we confirm for each system.
Can I start with one or two systems?
Yes. The room can be planned for the full suite and equipped in stages.
Do you work with our interior designer?
Yes. We supply dimensions, finishes guidance and service requirements to your designer and contractor, and install when the room is ready.
