A complete thermal suite from one manufacturer
Hotel spas are judged on the guest experience, but they succeed or fail on engineering: heat and humidity loads, drainage, waterproofing, ventilation, and how each room interfaces with the building's MEP. Sauna Dekor UAE designs, manufactures and installs the full wet and dry-heat programme in-house, so the sauna, steam room, hammam and cooling rooms are coordinated as one system rather than packaged across several trades.
Sauna Dekor has completed more than 220 hotel spa projects for five-star and branded properties since 1987, and Al Parimar brings that capability to hotels, resorts and branded residences across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
What a hotel spa package can include
Saunas
Finnish, bio, infrared, salt and banya typologies, sized for guest throughput, with EOS heaters and Sentio-Tec controls.
Steam rooms
Wedi substrate and Condair steam generators, specified for continuous commercial use and a 20-year service life.
Hammams
Ottoman, Moroccan or contemporary, with heated marble göbek taşı and full MEP coordination. Hammam design.
Experience showers
Tropical rain, cold mist, arctic and ice fog programmes with chromotherapy lighting.
Snow rooms & cold plunges
Snow at minus 10°C and plunges at 4 to 10°C for a complete contrast circuit. Cooling rooms.
Pools & vitality pools
Standard, elevated, zero-edge and Wiesbaden overflow, with hydraulic engineering, water treatment and BMS integration.
How hotel projects are delivered
- Concept and design development: room layouts, thermal profiles and material specifications developed with the interior designer and operator.
- MEP coordination: electrical loads, water, drainage and ventilation requirements issued early so they are built into the base design.
- Submittals: technical data, drawings and certification (ISO 9001, CE, GS, TÜV Rheinland, GREENGUARD Gold, FSC, VDI 6022) for consultant approval.
- Manufacture in Istanbul: joinery, cabins and components built in Sauna Dekor's own facility, with no subcontracted scope.
- Installation, testing and handover: installed by the manufacturer's team, commissioned, with operator guidance and a 24-month warranty.
Installations are engineered for the GCC climate, including humidity profiling, high-temperature seal selection and hard-water provisions, with DEWA, Civil Defence and Trakhees compliance pathways.

Do you work to hotel brand standards?
Yes. Sauna Dekor has delivered spa installations for One&Only, Marriott, Hyatt, Kempinski, Hilton, Radisson and Rixos properties, and works to the operator's technical brand standards and the project's MEP design from the outset.
Can you take the full thermal suite as one package?
Yes. Saunas, steam rooms, hammams, experience showers, snow rooms, cold plunges and vitality pools can be designed, manufactured and installed as a single package, which removes interface risk between separate trades.
How do you handle UAE authority approvals?
Installations are designed with DEWA, Civil Defence and Trakhees compliance pathways in mind, and certification documentation (CE, GS, TÜV Rheinland, VDI 6022 and others) is provided at submittal stage.
What warranty applies to hotel projects?
Every installation carries a 24-month warranty, delivered by the same team that designed and manufactured it.
Do you work directly for operators or through the main contractor?
Both. We regularly work as a specialist subcontractor to main contractors and fit-out firms, and directly with hotel owners, operators and PMCs.
