Al Parimar holds the exclusive Middle East representation agreement with Sauna Dekor and operates as a fully licensed UAE mainland company based in Dubai. Every project is designed and manufactured in-house at Sauna Dekor's Istanbul facility, from initial design through manufacturing, logistics, installation, and a 24-month warranty. No subcontracted scope.
We work across the full project spectrum: private villa spa packages in Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Al Barari and Palm Jumeirah, multi-villa development contracts, five-star hotel spa programmes, and institutional commissions. The same engineering discipline applies to each one.

Sauna Dekor designs, manufactures, and installs custom wellness environments for hotels, residential developments, and private clients across 35 countries. As Sauna Dekor UAE, Al Parimar provides the in-country coordination, site management, and client liaison behind every UAE commission, with Sauna Dekor's Istanbul team handling design, engineering, manufacturing, and delivery.
The scope covers the full wet and dry-heat wellness vocabulary: saunas and steam rooms, hammams, cold plunges and snow rooms, jacuzzis, experience showers, HBOT chambers, and pool engineering. Every element is designed to a specific thermal profile, material specification, and MEP requirement, and every installation carries a 24-month warranty.
